About the role

As part of this journey, we are looking for a high-potential Intern to join our Special Projects / Organizational Development efforts, working directly with the General Manager of EMEA on initiatives that shape how Dialectica operates and evolves globally.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional initiatives at the heart of the organization. You will support projects related to organizational effectiveness, operating models, process improvement, and people-related transformation, while developing strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone curious about how organizations scale, how strategy translates into execution, and how structure, processes, and people come together to drive performance.

This is a 6-month contract with the potential for becoming a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support special projects across Organizational Development, Strategy, Operations, and Corporate Functions
  • Conduct research and analysis on best practices related to ways of working, performance management, and change initiatives
  • Assist in mapping and improving processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-backed improvements
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and materials for senior stakeholders
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to support implementation efforts
  • Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as the organization evolves and priorities shift

What we are looking for

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with incomplete information
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets; PowerPoint / Slides)
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
