As a Business Operations Generalist (New Grad), you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple functions, gain hands-on experience in recruiting, finance, and strategic operations projects, and help scale a fast-growing startup. This is an ideal role for a highly motivated, problem-solving self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

Special Operations Projects (50%)

• Work on high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business growth and efficiency.
• Assist in process improvements, fundraising support, and market expansion initiatives.
• Help research and execute operational optimizations to streamline workflows.
• Act as a problem-solver and team player, stepping into different areas as needed.

Finance Operations (25%)

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business planning.
• Help track and analyze key financial metrics to ensure the business is meeting financial targets.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
  

Talent (25%)

• Assist in the end-to-end recruiting process for key hires across go-to-market (GTM), operations, and technical roles.
• Support candidate sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Help coordinate interviews and communication to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve hiring processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to help attract top talent.
