Job Responsibilities
Design and optimize the company’s operating model, including org structure, processes, and cross-team alignment.
Lead PMO, program management, and transformation initiatives to ensure execution, delivery, and operational excellence.
Build and drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational systems.
Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into execution and systematize business growth across global teams.
Requirements
