We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to report directly to the Co-founder & CTO, Rebecca Greene. You will work closely with Rebecca and the Exec team and play a key role in helping the organization focus on and achieve its most important goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve the processes and operations of the product, data & tech orgs to achieve goals
  • Support efforts to expand external reach and communications of the co-founder & CTO e.g., draft blog content, create product videos, develop case studies
  • Help with culture-building efforts that reinforce the regal values and a culture of learning and innovation
  • Drive execution and own performance of special projects (e.g., optimizing AWS costs, competitive analysis)
  • Create data-driven reports and decks for internal meetings, clients, and the board

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1-2 years experience in management consulting, at large tech or at a startup
  • Generalist: You work hard, learn quickly, and like wearing many hats
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: embrace challenges, self-motivated to work independently on tight timelines to achieve ambitious goals
  • Extremely detail-oriented: organized and comfortable navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams
  • Data-driven: Analytical, excellent with excel and presenting data
  • Good writer: Enjoy writing documentation - long form articles and presentations
  • Nice to have: Product-oriented - Previously have worked closely with engineering and product teams

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:

This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
