Business Operations Associate - Bilingual

At MyOutDesk (MOD), we provide high-leverage talent to U.S.-based businesses. We are looking for versatile, mid-career professionals (+3 years of experience) who thrive in a BPO ecosystem. As a Business Operations Associate, you will be assigned to work directly with our U.S. clients, becoming an essential extension of their daily operations.

This is a multi-faceted role that requires a high degree of professional maturity, as you will be representing MOD in every interaction. We need "finishers"—people who take a task and own it until it’s done.

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Lead Management: Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies. This includes cold calling, qualifying leads, and using persuasive communication to schedule high-value appointments for the client’s sales team.
  • Operational Ownership: Manage the client’s "back-office." This involves CRM maintenance (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), complex calendar management, and ensuring all administrative workflows are executed without errors.
  • Direct Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for the client’s customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve support tickets, and provide a world-class customer experience via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the client’s current processes and implement improvements. You are expected to bring your +3 years of experience to the table to add value beyond basic task execution.
  • Executive Support: Handle high-level coordination tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting minutes, and project follow-ups to ensure the client stays focused on their core business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Success, or Executive Support, specifically working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Language: Bilingual Mastery (C1/C2). Your English must be polished, professional, and culturally aligned with the U.S. market.
  • The "BPO Mindset": Understanding that you are employed by MOD but dedicated to the client's success. This requires adaptability and high emotional intelligence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Microsoft 365 and at least one major CRM. Ability to learn new software quickly is a must.
  • Versatility: You are comfortable shifting from a sales-driven phone call to a detail-oriented administrative report.
