AT A GLANCE

We’re looking for a high performing Associate of Business Operations to join our Healthline team. Key components of this role are financial & operational performance reporting and reviews, forecasting, and ad hoc operational projects. The role will also drive critical business decisions by assessing implications to our financial performance and partnering with our business leaders, diving deep on strategic questions.

You will become a close partner with Senior and Functional Leadership Teams as you work cross-functionally to manage and improve our key performance metrics.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee operational and financial metrics reporting, run root cause analysis on performance, and act as the go to source of knowledge for current and historical data; enabling our Health & Wellness Team to make the best decisions.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for informed decision making.
  • Perform day-to-day operational analysis to support other teams in the business - including Site Experience (CRO), Product, SEO, Partnerships, and Strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional effort to evaluate financial impact and implement near- and long- term strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and results.
  • Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives, aiding strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and operational strategy in driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of shared success.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in operational analysis and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design/execution

Preferred:

  • High Degree of Proficiency in financial & Operational Analyses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini & other agents) 
  • Familiarity & knowledge of SQL

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $52,500 - $65,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
