EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Banking Technical Consultant, you will be a team member in our cross-functional Services team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for (one line statement).

Expectations:

• Minimum of Five (5) years of Development experience, out of which minimum 2 end to end SAP Banking services implementation projects in SAP Banking Services Deposits or SAP Banking Services Loans
• Domain knowledge in Banking is a must
• Good understanding of Banking Business Processes
• Customer facing experience is mandatory including good presentation skills
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Willing to learn new skills and grow towards the organization’s vison

Tasks:

• Your tasks (current state of affairs in the team) and comprise the following activities:
• Functional knowledge in any one of SAP Banking Modules like Deposit Management / Loans Management / Master Contract management is mandatory.
• Consulting knowledge and experience in evaluating customer requirements, and propose Solution / Architecture approaches.
• Proficiency in ABAP Technologies - ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, SmartForms, Adobe forms, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP, OO ABAP, Enhancements & Modifications.
• Experience in Parallel processing framework in Banking
• Good experience in API technologies, REST, SOAP, OData and CDS Views
• Exposure to UI5/Fiori/PI
• Focus on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team
• Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations
• Cloud mindset and Cloud solutions knowledge
• Advice for optimization and continuous improvement, transformation, and innovation
• Must be able to work as a team player.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
