As a Business Module Expert in Fioneer Payments & Banking Services, you will be at the forefront of driving transformation projects in payments and core banking area. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their requirements and pain points. Leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in the banking industry, you will analyse existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative products and solutions that align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand their business requirements and challenges
• Translate complex business needs into well-defined product and solution designs
• Utilize your deep Banking industry knowledge to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Propose innovative products and solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution
• Drive transformation projects that lead to operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and sustainable growth
• Customer facing experience mandatory including good communication skills (Written and Oral)
• Hands-on experience in conducting customer workshops for gathering requirements, presenting the solution design to customers and proficiency in making BRD, Functional Specification documents and Process flows
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Willing to learn new skills and grow towards the organization’s vison

Requirements

Expectation and Tasks

• Good educational background preferably with MBA \ MCA \ Engineering Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in implementation of SAP Fioneer Payment Engine and Banking Services (Deposits/ Loans Management) module. 
• Good experience in the Customer Engagement Life cycle from pre-sales, requirement gathering, Solution design, build and implementation
• Good hands-on Configuration in SAP Payment Engine and Banking Services modules (Deposits / Loans / Master Contract / Collateral Management)
• Payment Engine – Enrichment & Validation, Routing Control, Clearing & Settlement, Integration with Account Management system and clearing channels
• Customer (BP) and Account Management Life Cycle
• Product Configuration and Features
• Product Configuration and Pricing /Condition Framework
• End of Day processing
• Correspondence and Bank Statements
• Good to know Web services, Enterprise Services, PI interfaces, REST API's, OData to communicate the frontend and other channels (ATM, Money Transfer, Cell phone banking, etc.)
• Post processing and Posting Control
• Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations
• Good understanding of Integration of SAP Banking Services with other SAP modules
• Cloud mindset and Cloud solutions knowledge
• Should be familiar with various project methodologies such as waterfall, agile, DevOps etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual mode
