Everience Belgium is seeking a and goal-oriented Business Manager (W/M/X) to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing various projects.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (70% of role)
- Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool
- Develop and present appropriate commercial offers in response to relevant calls for tender
- Manage existing client portfolios, providing your own momentum to assigned territories
- Support ongoing service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and career development for team members
- Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contractual elements, and resource allocation
- Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
- Identify and implement new strategies for territory growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client and candidate relationships
- Strong analytical and listening abilities to understand client and prospect needs
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced business environment
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
