Business Manager (m/f/d)

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for hunting new business.
Working in the Sales department, you will prospect new clients and follow up customers.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

• Hunt for new business, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create innovative solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results oriented and stress resistant.
• Proficiency in French, German and English. Luxembourgish an asset.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg’s business landscape and regulations.
