The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Manager to join the CEO Office. This role will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional projects, and support business performance management.

The ideal candidate comes from a strong business management or consulting background, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact executive environment.

What Will You Do❓

• Assist the CEO in planning and executing key business initiatives
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across departments
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and performance tracking
• Monitor KPIs and support business performance management
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Assist in decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insights
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or consulting
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred
• Proven experience working with senior leadership or executive teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• High level of business acumen
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
