Business Internship - WFH/ Remote Job

TLDR

Play a key role in critical research and analytical tasks, gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in market research and UX/UI design while working in a supportive remote environment.

As a Business Intern , you’ll play a key role in supporting our team with critical research and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market , Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) , the educational sector , and the Australian job market .
    • Explore specific aspects such as marketing strategies , social media trends , finance & economics , statistics , business processes , operations , and management practices .
  2. Data Analysis & Visualization:

    • Analyze collected data and create clear, visually appealing representations such as pie charts , bar charts , timelines , and other infographics.
    • Use tools like MS Excel , Google Sheets , Canva , and Figma to present data effectively.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with data entry , admin tasks , and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Design Concepts for UX/UI:

    • Contribute to designing concepts that focus on improving user flow , usability , UI , and UX for our website and mobile app pages .
    • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  5. Tool Mastery:

    • Gain hands-on experience using tools like MS Word , Google Docs , Microsoft Visio , and Figma to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for innovation in education , technology , and career development .

  • Completely remote or work from home (Very good if you also want to spend more time with family)
  • Gain hands-on experience in software testing within a professional environment.
  • Mentorship and guidance from a Technical Manager.
  • The possibility of retainment for part-time or Full-time work post-internship based on your performance, even if you are not based in Malaysia
