Your initiative and creativity matter here.   Your Role as an Inventor: We're on the hunt for "Inventors"—problem solvers, creators, and boundary-pushers eager to expand their horizons in a landscape shaped by ever-evolving technology.   Your Role as an Inventor: We're on the hunt for "Inventors"—problem solvers, creators, and boundary-pushers eager to expand their horizons in a landscape shaped by ever-evolving technology.   The Role We are looking for an accomplished Business Intelligence Analyst with experience working in the travel and expense industry.   This is a dedicated role working with one of our key clients in the banking sector to ensure that they harvest value from the analysis produced by PredictX.   In this role, you will be responsible for responding to our client's employee support requests, providing regular training to platform users, managing report distributions, and handling ad hoc report requests for senior leaders. Key Responsibilities

Responding to our client’s employee support requests

Providing regular training to platform users

Roll out of new features/modules to users

Adding, removing, updating user access and managing coverage

Data validation and data provider management

Manage report distributions

Ad Hoc report requests for senior leaders

Feedback of new analysis/features

Access to our client’s network with a dedicated client email address

Internal corporate training in conjunction with the client

Experience

Experience in Business Intelligence Analysis and Project Management.

Experience in Travel/Expense/Payments.

Strong SQL, Agile, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to anticipate upcoming issues and working out potential solutions. 

Proven record in challenging and motivating others alongside a technical understanding of infrastructure components and software development processes.

Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who can work collaboratively with our Client and PredictX teams to provide exceptional service and value to our clients.

Skills and Qualifications

1 years + experience in Business Intelligence Analysis and Project Management

1 years + Travel/Expense/Payments experience

Ability to deliver high levels of customer service

Strong SQL, Agile and stakeholder management skills

Ability to anticipate upcoming issues and workout potential solutions

Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, etc
