We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This role combines advanced data analytics with business intelligence to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. You will work at the intersection of AI-driven solutions and business strategy, transforming raw data into meaningful narratives that empower stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Data Transformation: Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis and AI model readiness
  • Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Apply statistical techniques and leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and/or Python to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain high-quality datasets for mission-critical applications

Requirements

  • Active SECRET clearance or higher is required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Math, or related discipline
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data pipelines preferred
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and apply statistical methods to solve business problems
  • Communication: Skilled at translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business Acumen: Understanding organizational goals and how data analytics support strategic initiatives

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline.
