This role provides the opportunity to be the analytical engine behind key business decisions, working closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive actionable insights. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of executive dashboards, as well as perform deep-dive analyses of complex datasets to support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise, advanced data visualization skills, and the ability to translate intricate data into clear, executive-ready insights. You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance reporting efficiency. Success in this role directly impacts business performance by enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable partner strategies.
Accountabilities:
Partner with business leaders to gather and document requirements for reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Extract, analyze, and model data from Snowflake and other sources, producing actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Design and maintain executive dashboards in Power BI, improving accessibility and consumption of complex datasets.
Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with high-fidelity GTM models and performance reporting.
Act as the “source of truth” for partner data, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and thorough documentation.
Stay abreast of AI and analytics tools to streamline reporting, enhance insights, and improve decision-making processes.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in a professional environment, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Excel; familiarity with AI tools like n8n or Snowflake Cortex is a plus.
Expert-level experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for executive reporting.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
