About the role:

Our data team is looking for a passionate  analyst to be part of our business intelligence team who can lead our efforts on data-driven strategies and enable key business decisions across different verticals. This involves understanding critical business questions and provide data-driven insights to product and business leadership. This team will enable leadership to understand the health of the platform/business in near real-time, through automated dashboards which track key KPIs, trends etc. Your work products in the form of self-served user or product analytics tools will support and impact business reviews, executive level business briefings and sometimes open up a new problem space. What will you do:

·       Design and develop BI visualizations and dashboards

·       Write SQL (Extract / Transform / Load) processes, designs database systems, and develops automation tools, by incorporating data from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards.

·       Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution

·       Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

·       Course correct and deliver in a changing business environment

Must have:

·       Overall, 1 to 2 years of experience in BI/UI/UX domain, building dashboards using any of the BI Platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio or others)

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize actionable insights and strategies from complex data

·       Strong experience in SQL, as well designing and developing ETL processes

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Ability to trade-off between different approaches/ metrics to arrive at optimal solutions

·       Ability to take ownership for delivering solutions with a degree of autonomy

Good to have:

·       1 to 2 years of experience working with Tableau dashboarding

·       Prior experience in tech/product companies is beneficial

·       Experience with data modelling, data analytics, and various data management tools is a plus.
