Business Growth Sr. Associate

Job Description:

Drive the growth of the cash loan business by increasing customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable disbursement volume in line with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute initiatives to increase cash loan applications and disbursements.
• Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Operations to optimize customer journey and reduce drop-offs.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly growth performance.
• Ensure growth activities comply with internal guidelines and risk policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business growth, strategy role, or lending industry
• Comfortable working with data to analyze performance (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets in previous roles.
• Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is an advantage.
