The Business Excellence Project Manager supports and leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution to deliver projects aligned to strategic business goals. This role partners across departments to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will operate in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while driving accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Execution

(Business & Process Excellence – Program Management: Project Management)

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against plans and milestones
Support larger initiatives as a secondary project manager when needed

Stakeholder Management & Communication

(Business & Process Excellence – Process Excellence: Stakeholder Management)

Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication
Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders
Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams and leadership
Manage expectations and ensure clarity on roles, timelines, and outcomes

Risk, Issue & Change Management

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and blockers
Escalate critical risks or delays while maintaining ownership of resolution
Support structured change management processes across projects

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Improve project workflows, documentation, and delivery standards
Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Support standardization of tools, templates, and best practices

What You’ll Bring

Your Background

1–3+ years of project management experience in cross-functional or technical environments
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data in Excel

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or technology environments
PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
