What you will do

As a Business Engineer at Wundermart, you’ll join the Business Intelligence & Data Science team, where data meets business innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve business processes using data and technology.

  • Build dashboards and KPIs that support decision-making.

  • Translate business challenges into technical requirements and follow through on implementation.

Requirements

What you can bring

  • Background in business engineering, industrial engineering, or analytics.

  • 1–4 years of experience in a similar or data-driven business role.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker).

  • Experience with Google Cloud and workflow tools (e.g. Airflow) is a plus.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset — comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Available to work at least 3 days per week at our HQ in Amsterdam.
