At Great State, we help organisations stay ahead of shifting customer expectations. That takes momentum, clarity and a team that turns strategy into action. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our new business engine, moving opportunities forward, shaping compelling stories and coordinating high-quality pitches and campaigns.
The role
You’ll own the day-to-day pipeline, manage proposals and RFPs, and ensure every interaction with prospects is timely, relevant and well-crafted. Working closely with Strategy and Marketing, you’ll help shape how Great State shows up in the market, through messaging, campaigns and structured nurture programmes. You’ll also cultivate our partner network and support outbound activity to generate qualified opportunities.
You’ll report to a Joint Managing Director and sit at the heart of our growth strategy.
