We are expanding our Revenue team and are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT sales professional to join Xtremax. This role works closely with the Partnership, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive sustainable revenue growth through well-qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT solutions, demonstrates consistency in career progression, and has a proven ability to independently close deals in a complex B2B or B2G environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust business development pipeline by proactively identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-value prospects
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans with clear prioritisation and measurable outcomes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organisations
  • Understand customers’ business challenges, priorities, and constraints to position Xtremax’s solutions effectively
  • Lead and participate in pricing discussions, tenders, and proposal reviews in collaboration with senior management
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the IT, cloud, and digital solutions market, including Xtremax’s services and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT sales (B2B or B2G)
  • Demonstrated career stability and consistency, with clear performance achievements (frequent short-term job changes without strong justification will be viewed cautiously)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to independently drive and close deals, from lead generation to contract signing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong empathy, listening skills, and stakeholder management capability
  • Highly self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field & Graduated from a reputable university

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Direct experience selling AWS or cloud-related solutions
  • Background from a cloud services, system integrator, or IT consulting company
  • An established network of decision-makers within enterprise or government sectors
  • Clear, measurable evidence of successful deal closures led personally
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • A naturally engaging, sharp, and consultative sales approach
