Business Development Support Assistant Supervisor - Digital Insurance

TLDR

Drive reconciliation and resolution efforts for clients and partners, leveraging data analysis to support business development initiatives in a fintech environment.

  • Control & handling monthly reconciliation for existing clients and partners
  • Control & handling documentation and data compilation
  • Coordinate with the Claims team to resolve problems/blockers regarding claim from clients
  • Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation and make sure the data recorded in the system is up to date
  • Drive analysis and insight on current products and market
  • Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support
  • Manager portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance
  • Manage montly insentive client
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft office
  • Preferably have exposure in a similar Business Development or Sales Support lead role
  • Preferably having work experience in consulting firm, insurance company or any kind of tech company will be a plus point
