Business Development Specialist - Digital Insurance

TLDR

Lead client retail operations, build key client relationships, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets in a dynamic fintech environment.

  • Lead overall Client retail, accountable for the region execution, focussed on People and Retail Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail personnel or account managers within the region to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.) to ensure targets are met.
  • Increasing the portfolio of clients working with offline retail businesses
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional orterritory management role.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high performance.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Have a good network in the retail business
