Business Development Specialist – Creator Partnerships

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with content creators, particularly on platforms such as YouTube and content as shorts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators to expand our music network and drive business growth.
  • Manage outreach enquiries via email and other communication channels to onboard new international creators. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored strategies for creators, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements, ensuring mutual success for both creators and the company.

  • Propose and collaborate with advertisers and brands to create high-impact campaigns, driving additional revenue and career growth for creators.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing industries (experience outside Taiwan is welcome).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (you will be interviewed in English and communicate with partners via email in English).
  • Passion for startup culture and a preference for flat organizational structures that promote efficient communication.
  • Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
