Business Development Specialist – Recruitment SaaS (All Level)

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to help grow our Recruitment SaaS business by acquiring new client accounts and supporting recruitment delivery for our partners. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and building long-term relationships with tech companies globally.
The ideal candidate is a motivated graduate with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the tech and recruitment space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy both client engagement and recruitment operations, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new B2B leads through online channels, social platforms, and existing databases
  • Engage with domestic and international tech product, service, and outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish strategic partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned clients, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process
  • Support business growth through effective account handling, relationship management, and service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in HR, Business Development, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including exception and escalation management
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms for prospecting is a plus
  • Prior experience in recruitment services, headhunting, or staffing is an added advantage
