Based in Spring Valley, CA, you will serve as our key point of contact for driving new business opportunities for Controlled Entry Specialists across San Diego County and the surrounding areas. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and engagement to closing deals and everything in between. Expect to:
Report to the office daily
Review and follow up on leads and surveys
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Present solutions and close deals in residential, commercial, and municipal markets
Navigate online bid portals and participate in plan check processes
Deliver excellent customer experiences from proposal to project closeout
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
