The team is highly collaborative and office-centric, with employees working closely together in New York City. The environment emphasizes ownership, experimentation, and learning by doing, with significant exposure to senior leadership.
Our partner is scaling their Business Development team and is seeking motivated, creative Business Development Representatives to help drive demand generation and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are excited by the opportunity to shape how outbound and inbound sales development is done.
Unlike highly rigid sales development roles, this team encourages experimentation across outreach channels and supports creative approaches to engaging prospective customers.
