Responsibilities

  • Engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers at target organizations
  • Pre-qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
  • Test and adapt outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet outreach and meeting-setting goals
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve prospecting effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
  • Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Confidence communicating with senior-level contacts
  • Clear, professional verbal and written English communication
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining persistence
  • Ability to adapt quickly and experiment with different outreach approaches
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
