As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth. Serving as a vital link between marketing and sales, you'll lead outreach efforts to expand into new markets, while also qualifying warm leads to strengthen our sales pipeline. Your focus will be on research, targeted prospecting, and generating high-quality opportunities that highlight our unique value proposition.
This strategic role gives you the autonomy to be creative/proactive with your outbound and inbound strategies. So you won’t be given a script to repeat. Instead, you’ll be given goals and work with your manager to build the messaging/workflows/strategies needed to achieve them together.
runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of $85k OTE, plus stock options.
