The Role
Own outbound prospecting across calls, email, and social. Build pipeline, qualify leads, and pass opportunities to sales. OTE includes uncapped commission. Top performers can nearly double base.

What You’ll Own

  • 100+ outbound calls/day

  • Cold email + social outreach (US prospects)

  • Build targeted account lists

  • 10+ SQLs/week

  • Handoff qualified leads

  • Track/report pipeline

What You Bring

  • 2+ years B2B sales or outbound

  • Comfortable 4+ hrs/day on calls

  • Track record hitting targets

  • Strong writing

  • Organized, self-driven, CRM experience
