About the Position

The Business Development Representative (UAE/UK Market) plays a key role in driving new partnerships within the UAE and United Kingdom, particularly across fast-moving real estate environments.
This position requires someone who understands the dynamics of both the UAE and UK property and investment markets, including developer networks, landlord expectations, and high-value acquisition behaviour.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities with UAE and UK landlords, investors, developers, and property groups.
  • Engage brokers, investment networks, and new development communities across both markets.
  • Conduct targeted outreach focused on value-based conversations with high-potential partners.
  • Build commercial relationships that align with UAE and UK property trends and investor priorities.
  • Qualify potential partners, assessing portfolio viability and long-term value.
  • Develop awareness of emerging projects, investor movements, and market opportunities across both regions.
  • Maintain structured pipeline tracking through the CRM.
  • Reach and exceed activity and pipeline creation expectations on a monthly basis.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience

  • 2–3 years' experience in Business Development or Property Partnerships.
  • Prior experience working within the UAE and/or UK property-related market is a plus.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence dealing with investor-focused conversations.
  • High capability in outreach, qualification, and relationship building.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage a structured pipeline.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 to 17:00 (SA Time)
Location: In Office — Cape Town CBD, South Africa
Schedule: Full-Time
