What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of Neostella’s growth. You’ll spark conversations with potential clients, listen to understand their challenges with the status quo, and set up qualified meetings for your sales teammates, the Account Executives.
This role is all about curiosity, communication, and confidence — perfect for someone who loves talking with people and thrives in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment. We don’t expect you to have years of experience in our industry — we’ll teach you about our product and the legal tech industry. What matters most is your attitude and drive.
