Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Representative for remote IT sales jobs focused on driving outbound growth for innovative technology companies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement. As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying qualified prospects, booking high-value meetings, and building a strong pipeline for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within IT, SaaS, and technology-driven businesses
  • Generate new sales opportunities and book qualified discovery calls
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Follow structured sales processes and meet or exceed monthly KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging to different buyer personas
  • Consistently improve messaging through A/B testing and data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience (BDR experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or tech-related products is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience working with international markets (UK/US preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Stable internet connection and home office setup
