So here is the Job:

This is a new position, to be located at our corporate offices in Lahore, Pakistan You will have responsibility for identifying potential new business opportunities that will increase the company's client base and market share. You will build our market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business through strong strategic relationships where you will guide clients and prospects in the development of Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) solution strategies with accountability for achieving revenue and financial goals. This individual will be a key member contributor to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) business strategy and will provide the leadership, team building and execution necessary to drive revenue and partnerships in the IMS/MSP services and solutions market.

Job Duties:

  • Create and execute a unified sales and BD strategy for IMS/MSP solutions.
  • Oversee and guide clients and prospects in the development of solution strategies with accountability for revenue and financial goals set by our CEO.
  • Partner with internal leaders on identifying the right companies for alliances and partnerships.
  • Provide thought leadership on the trends and opportunities in the IMS/MSP marketplace and sell a full portfolio of solutions (cloud/QA/mobile/web/managed services/consulting services)
  • Understand end user decision making and influence how we best to generate revenue and adoption in the IMS/MSP industry ecosystem.
  • Lead and manage change within own area of responsibility as well as oversee demand generation, lead qualification, and account penetration strategies
  • Respond to RFP’s write sales proposals and win contracts for long-term consulting opportunities
  • Effectively sell to C-level executives among our clients and prospects
  • Communicate effectively and be a master at translating technical jargon to non-technical audience
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
  • Performing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
  • Facilitating future sales
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Closing sales and leading customer through purchasing process
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
  • Collecting and updating call information
  • Engaging customer during phone call with questions
  • Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
  • Previous Experience of Marketing IT Products
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience
  • Previous industry selling consulting/professional services and/or software products. Experience selling IT services a definite plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing and able to interact/transact with C-level or technical audiences
  • Strong experience leveraging industry best practices with sales and business development
  • Strong experience networking and prospecting. Extensive network of existing contacts and prospects is a definite plus
  • Able to work on a team
  • Previous experience with CRM/ERP/CMS applications
  • Willing to work at night shifts (9pm-6am Pakistan Time)
