Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Business Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts for international clients. Your primary responsibility will be booking qualified sales meetings with decision-makers and generating consistent pipeline for the closing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound outreach who want to grow into a long-term remote sales career.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and scheduling high-quality discovery calls or product demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage decision-makers and qualify potential leads
  • Book qualified appointments and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Follow structured scripts while adapting messaging to prospect needs
  • Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence handling objections and gatekeepers
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Clear, professional English (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B services, digital marketing, or tech industries
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
  • Track record of consistently hitting meeting-booking targets
