We are seeking an individual passionate about sales and customer service to join our team as a Sales Development Representative within our Local Government team.  In this role you will be kicking off the sales cycle, creating relationships with potential customers and collaborating with our sales team to open doors and bring our imagery to customers.  

 

These roles will be a part of our Madison, WI based team.  

Job Duties

  • Initiate sales calls within our Local Government market and share the value of what our company’s imagery has to offer.

  • Gain an understanding of the customer needs to support our Sales team in finding a solution to meet their needs.

  • Begin the sales process and collaborate closely with our Sales team.

  • Schedule meetings between prospective agencies and our team.

  • Be resourceful and take initiative to create a path to revenue opportunities.

  • Manage accounts to retain existing relationships.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
