We’re hiring driven and ambitious German Speaking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join high-performing sales teams at fast-growing international companies. As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Crunchbase.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling) to engage prospects and set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Craft compelling messaging to nurture top-of-funnel leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and manage CRM updates with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as outreach volume, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Stay up to date on client industries, products, and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation or sales development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Experience working with SaaS, tech, or startup clients is a plus.
  • Availability to work UK or US business hours.
