Business Development Representative (BDR) – Entry-Level Sales

Location: Remote | Compensation: $40K base + commission & bonus | Training: Paid & comprehensive

What You’ll Do

In your first 90 days, you’ll:

  • Learn Foley’s products and how they impact customers
  • Build your technical toolkit and sales strategy
  • Research prospects and identify decision-makers
  • Educate and qualify leads, overcome objections, and set expectations
  • Follow structured outreach cadences to generate interest
  • Meet activity targets for outbound calls and lead engagement
  • Document and manage leads using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with Sales Team Members to hand off qualified leads
  • Develop skills for promotion into a full closing role
