The Flinks Revenue Team is a high-performance, high-activity group focused on disciplined execution, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary focus will be on live conversations — making calls, engaging prospects, and advancing qualified opportunities for our Sales Executives.
Our systems and automation support outreach at scale. Your job is to show up every day ready to execute — to have professional, confident conversations, ask smart questions, and handle rejection without losing momentum.
If you are energized by activity, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by growth, this team will push you to develop quickly.
This is an execution-focused role. Success is driven by activity, resilience, curiosity, and professionalism.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in B2B sales is helpful but not required. Demonstrated grit, determination, and communication strength are more important than tenure.
We evaluate communication skills, professionalism, coachability, and resilience throughout the process.
For experienced and qualified hires, the base compensation range is $52,000 to $78,000 CAD annually.
