Join a dynamic sales team focused on B2B development, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring while managing smaller deals from outreach to closing.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Corporate Training business unit and support the growth of our B2B commercial activities.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants real, hands-on exposure to B2B sales — from the very first outreach to closing their own deals.
You will be part of a growing sales team that also includes Account Executives and a Project Manager, each focused on different stages and scales of the commercial process.
You will work closely with experienced team members, receive ongoing mentoring, and progressively take on more responsibility — including full ownership of smaller B2B deals from first contact to close.
