Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to identify growth areas and unmet needs.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms for new business deals and partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets or launching new products/services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and support growth initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track business development activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals. 

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional networks.
  • Data analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
