We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to CEQUENS' growth. This is a individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities.
    • Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and social media platforms to generate leads.
  • Client Outreach:
    • Initiate conversations with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce CEQUENS’ CPaaS / SaaS solutions.
    • Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to position CEQUENS as the ideal partner.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS /SaaS space.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in A sales 360 business development role preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries.
  • Understanding of technology sales process
  • Proven new business hunting experience
  • Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
