CC.Talent is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across our offshoring and outsourcing solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of the offshore talent model and a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding CC.Talent’s client base, positioning our services as a trusted offshoring partner, and working closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to deliver high-quality workforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the offshoring and outsourcing market
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and workforce requirements
Present CC.Talent’s offshoring solutions and value proposition to prospective clients
Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Actively generate leads using sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar)
Prospect and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach and relationship building
Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and pipeline data within the CRM
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor to clients
Understand evolving workforce needs and identify expansion opportunities
Ensure a smooth handover from sales to recruitment and operations teams
Maintain high client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
Collaboration & Strategy
Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to leadership
Contribute to sales strategy, go-to-market planning, and process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales and Business Development
Proven experience working in offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO environments (required)
Demonstrated success selling offshore staffing or workforce solutions
Strong experience using lead generation and sales tools
Proven ability to prospect and build relationships via LinkedIn and digital platforms
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently
Working Schedule
Flexible work arrangement (Remote or Hybrid)
Must be willing to work in our Clark Office for hybrid arrangements
Willingness to adjust schedule based on target market and client location
Nice to Have
Experience selling to Australian and/or U.S. markets
Familiarity with offshore staffing models, pricing structures, and compliance requirements
Advanced experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
Existing LinkedIn network or book of contacts within offshoring or outsourcing industries
