CandidPro is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by converting new and existing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into valued partners. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting virtual demos, nurturing practice relationships, converting leads into signed contracts, onboarding new practices, and guiding them through the process of submitting and approving their first clear aligner case.

What You’ll Do
Lead Conversion:
Engage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the company, building strong relationships with prospective new partner practices.
Conduct engaging and informative virtual lunch-and-learn demos on the benefits of CandidPro's clear aligner solutions.
Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into signed contracts.
Client Onboarding and Activation Support:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new practices, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Candid’s products, services and processes.
Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through the necessary steps to start their engagement with CandidPro, including submitting and approving their first clear aligner case for a patient.
Address any technical or process-related issues faced by clients during the activation phase.
Warm Handoff
Facilitate a warm handoff to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.

This role includes a base salary and varibale. The OTE for this role is $105,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. To determine our range, we consider as many of the following data points as are available to us: external market salary survey data, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to our other employees. We include equity in our compensation packages because we believe our employees should have the option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Candid to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
