About Chapter

Chapter is a fast-growing AI company built specifically for the energy sector. We provide an AI workforce for manufacturers, distributors, installers and service organizations in renewable energy. Think heat pumps, HVAC, batteries, grid technology, EV chargers, inverters, and energy management systems.

Chapter helps organizations turn fragmented technical knowledge into a single, reliable source of truth. Manuals, product videos, service logs, training material, and internal documentation are structured, connected, and made actionable through AI chatbots and task-focused AI agents. These assistants support installers in the field, service teams, sales, and end customers with accurate, context-aware answers and automated workflows.

Our platform goes beyond generic AI. We start with AI readiness, data structuring, and domain-specific configuration to ensure high accuracy, compliance, and real operational impact. Chapter works with leading OEMs across Europe and is scaling rapidly from initial regions to multi-country enterprise deployments. Our mission is to become the industry standard AI partner for the European energy sector and accelerate the energy transition by increasing productivity and capacity.
