The Role
As a Business Development Representative at Ayora, your responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves creating and implementing strategies to drive company growth and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a critical role in building Ayora’s client pipeline by opening doors, starting commercial conversations, and setting up high quality opportunities for senior recruiters and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective clients across technology, artificial intelligence, and digital sectors
Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess hiring needs, urgency, and commercial fit
Book and coordinate discovery meetings for senior recruiters and leadership
Maintain accurate and up to date records in the customer relationship management system
Collaborate closely with recruiters to align client needs with market talent insights
Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance against targets
Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performance data
Required Experience and Skills
Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a business to business environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outbound activity
Commercial mindset with curiosity about client problems and hiring challenges
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment
MUST have full working rights, no visa sponsorship
Desirable Experience
Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions
Experience selling into technology, digital, or professional services sectors
Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
