We’re looking for SDR/ BDR to join our sales team who will focus on sales prospecting, reach out to new leads and push them further down the sales funnel.
Your goals
As a Sales Development Representative in Germany you will:
Sell one of the best search solutions in Europe reported by Gartner / G2
Manage business development part in new customer acquisition on DACH market
Call / emailing / social to C-level prospects, decision makers, influencers to obtain meetings with relevant e-commerce accounts
Listen to prospect’s business needs, explain Luigi's Box added value and successful use cases
Maintain solid data hygiene quality in CRM, focus on actionable & relevant information
What we expect
Preferred 2+ years of sales development quota-carrying experience in the DACH market (Germany / Austria / Switzerland), minimum 1 year in SaaS sales development
Proven track record of creating strong pipeline (qualified opportunities) for sales managers in an IT tech environment - you are able to identify metrics that matter in your line of work and act on them
Communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and outstanding listening skills - it’s not about you, it’s all about them
Creativity in outbound prospecting - able to fast iterate on what works and what doesn’t; not being afraid to try different approaches
Well-organised, great time-management
Knowledge of online/digital marketing technology
Experience with DACH e-commerce segment
Excellent written and spoken German communication skills (native)
Solid English communication skills
Nice to have:
familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, as well as sales automation tools e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, etc.

You will be part of a recently formed European Business Development team headed by a Sales leader deeply experienced within the e-commerce area. Our sales have representation in Slovakia, Czech republic, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Currently we are a team of 40 people. Mentoring, mutual support and feedback are part of our culture. We prefer to run efficiently, so we listen to your ideas.
When we can, we also meet in person at off-site events and teambuildings. You will meet us monthly online at all-hands meetings (ending with fun kahoot quizzes) and on Thursdays on online small talks with remote colleagues.
