While we serve nine states, this role is for Contra Costa County, California and requires 5 days per week in our Walnut Creek office, along with regular field work and in-person meetings with referral partners throughout the region.

The Role

This is a high-volume sales role with significant earning potential for people who can produce excellent results. 
What You'll Do

  • Make 100+ calls per week to realtors and referral partners
  • Meet face-to-face with agents throughout Contra Costa County regularly
  • Prospect relentlessly to build your own book of business
  • Maintain our existing book of business in Contra Costa County
  • Attend industry events outside of traditional office hours

Compensation

  • Base: $60K-$80K depending on experience
  • Total comp: $150K-$250K+ with uncapped monthly bonuses
