About JVM Lending
JVM Lending is a fast-paced, rapidly-growing, and tech-oriented mortgage lender with a unique, high-volume model that does not employ loan officers. Teamwork and performance are essential parts of JVM's continued success and are of high importance.
While we serve nine states, this role is for Contra Costa County, California and requires 5 days per week in our Walnut Creek office, along with regular field work and in-person meetings with referral partners throughout the region.
JVM is different from all other companies in the mortgage space for the following reasons: (1) we focus very heavily on teamwork and collaboration; (2) we hold high standards across our entire organization; (3) we have far more stringent hiring requirements and a uniquely talented team; (4) we are exceptionally tech-centric with an ability to embrace new tech much faster than any of our competitors; and (5) we prefer to hire individuals with little to no experience in our industry, as we have a powerful and in-depth training program that is unrivaled by anyone.
