Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams, you'll help shape and execute our growth roadmap. Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of our virtual card business by identifying strategic moves and growth levers
  • Leading card scheme and processing partnerships for card business
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis
  • Identify pain points in current business and product processes, and offer actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to co-build and execute growth strategies
  • Derive insights from user behavior, financial data, and operational performance
  • Contribute to decision-making processes with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Expected Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development roles
  • Passion for fintech and digital products
  • Strong skills in market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
