Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and data in the Web3 space
Develop and execute business development plans to drive product growth
Build and maintain strong partner relationships, gather feedback
Plan and manage Web3 wallet projects to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with teams to translate BD terms into operational plans
Monitor wallet performance and optimize user experience
Requirements
2+ years experience in Web3 business development and campaign operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 wallet ecosystem
Fluent spoken English & Chinese to smoothly communicate with stakeholders, excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Strong analytical and project management abilities
Detail-oriented and meticulous, adaptable to fast-paced environments
